Where are products made?

Your products are printed and produced by our trusted print partners in the U.S. — including industry leaders like Printify and Printful — or by specialty partners for custom items.

How are your products made? 

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations  worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility  that can do it most efficiently!  

How are products shipped to Belize?

For most resort orders, shipping via trusted freight forwarders based in Miami, LA, Houston, Etc.

You order through us.

We coordinate U.S. production and freight logistics to your Preferred Freight Forwarder.

Your order is shipped in bulk to therm.

Your forwarder handles shipping to Belize, customs clearance, and local delivery.

This method ensures faster, more reliable delivery than standard international shipping

Can you ship directly to our resort?

Yes! Through our freight fowarding partners, we can arrange for final delivery directly to your resort location — or to a local pickup point, depending on your preference.

Do we have to handle customs and import taxes?

We offer two options:

1️⃣ Freight Only — If your resort already works with a forwarder, we can ship to them. Preferred by most from what we hear.
2️⃣ Full Service — We handle customs clearance and invoice you the landed cost.

Can you ship personalized guest orders directly to our guests?

Yes — this is often the most seamless option for personalized vacation merchandise!

For guest orders, we typically offer direct shipping to their home address after their stay (avoiding Belize import duties and offering a better delivery experience for the guest).

What about shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by product type, order size, and shipping method.

We provide clear, up-front landed cost to your Preferred Freight Forwarder with each order so you know exactly what to expect.

Are there minimum order sizes?

For gift shop stock and staff uniforms — small batch-friendly (no need to buy large bulk upfront).

For signage & displays — batch ordering recommended.

For guest personalized orders — no minimum (fulfilled per order).

In some cases there will be a order discount for bulk orders, at this time they will vary by product. Contact us for those.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you  quickly, please email us within a 7 days after delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Product disclaimers

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

Shipping from Origin to Freight Forwarder

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Your Preferred Freight Forwarder. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at:

When will I receive my order?

It generally takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA

3-​4 business days

International

5-15+ business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! 

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the porch, by the door or rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, find your order number and get in touch with us at tradewind@17north88west.com

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through 17n88w Trading Company.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted as defective or damaged, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase price of the item minus shipping on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
